We are excited to share the incredible journey of transforming the ATTA Centre at 5G Techritory 2024 into a cutting-edge AR Cloud-enabled space using MyGeoVerse. Our team meticulously prepared the venue by scanning it for AR integration, ensuring seamless spatial content experiences. The installations included AR navigation, interactive displays, and special exhibits, notably the RTU Student Exhibition, Kuldiga Tourism Information Centre Museum, and Vira DG. These shared, persistent AR experiences offered a dynamic look into the future of XR technologies in various sectors.
Our commitment to open, interoperable XR experiences was brought to life with the help of Augmented.City, our VPS provider, and a member of Open AR Cloud. Each AR experience adhered to Open Spatial Computing Platform (OSCP) standards developed by The Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) and Open AR Cloud, reinforcing our vision of a democratic, accessible, and open spatial web.
This initiative was made possible in collaboration with p-NET Emerging Networks & Vertical Applications, Riga Technical University, and the University of Patras, whose contributions helped us create a seamless and standardized AR environment for attendees.
Our AR installations didn’t just exist for the moment—they created lasting, interactive content that could be revisited and explored, offering attendees a glimpse into the future of augmented reality, where experiences are continuous, interactive, and connected.
Stay tuned for more of our groundbreaking projects as we continue to explore and expand the potential of XR technologies!
