Istanbul Economy Summit 2017 – XR-Masters CEO Hosted a panel on Industry 4.0 and Digital Transformation

Istanbul Economy Summit at Çırağan Palace took place yesterday and XR-Masters CEO

Ali C. Hantal hosted and moderated the 4th panel of the day titled “Industry 4.0 and Digital Transformation”.

Panel Speakers were:

Cavit Yandaç (Microsoft Developer Experience and Evangelism Lead),  Kıvanç Uslu (IBM Turk Cognitive Leader, Exec IT Architect),  Ussal Sahbaz (GE Innovation Leader Turkey),Vahit Yıldırım (Gebze Organized Industrial Zone Chairman of the Board), and Okan Özbay (Digital Media Founder and Director), in the panel and talked about the impact digital media has on the latest trends of communication.

Mr. Hantal opened the panel talking about Industry 4.0 and how several revolutions on multiple fronts such as Artificial Intelligence, Internet of things, Mixed reality & Virtual reality,  Nanotechnology, Big Data, Blockchain, and Neuroscience are all taking place at the same time.  Mr. Yantac spoke about Microsoft’s take on mixed reality and artificial intelligence. Mr. Yildirim touched on the importance of the organized industrial zones in Turkey when it comes to digital transformation. Mr. Uslu presented IBM’s stance on the verge of the A.I. revolution. Mr. Sahbaz elaborated on GE’s  perspective on innovation and Mr. Ozbay provided information on digital literacy and the effects of industry 4.0 on the digital agency world.
